| 解説 |
VLDLはトリグリセリドと食餌性コレステロールから肝の小胞体で直径30～100nmの球形粒子として組み立てられて血中に分泌される。VLDLは脂質を肝から他の臓器に運搬する機能を持ち、50%がトリグリセリド、19%がコレステロール、18%がリン脂質、8%が蛋白質で構成されている。 高値（血清）：高脂血症 低値（血清）：無β-リポ蛋白血症、低β-リポ蛋白血症、肝硬変、甲状腺機能亢進症 低値（胸水）：細菌性肺炎 |
