| 解説 | この検査は百日咳菌感染が疑われる患者の早期診断の目的で行われる。診断は発症から4週までが可能であり、感度79.0%、特異度100%、正診率91.2%とされている。7日以上の咳があり、１．発作性の咳き込み、2．吸気性笛声、３．咳き込み嘔吐の何れか一つ以上を伴う場合は臨床的に百日咳を強く疑う。 |
