Cryptococcusの莢膜抗原を検出する血清学的検査である。臨床的には肺癌や肺結核などと肺クリプトコッカス症との鑑別が必要なとき、また発熱や頭痛、髄膜刺激症状が出現しクリプトコッカス髄膜炎との鑑別が必要な場合の迅速診断として用いる。 陽性（血清）：クリプトコッカス症 |
