| 解説 |
リポ蛋白分画は血清中のリポ蛋白のうちVLDLとLDLを比濁法で測定するもので、超遠心法に比べ簡便に測定できる利点がある。臨床的には動脈硬化の危険因子の評価、高コレステロール血症や低リポ蛋白血症のスクリーニングとして用いる。異常値を見た場合はCETP、HbA1c、75gOGTT、LPL、アルブミン、甲状腺ホルモン、コレステロール、中性脂肪、アポB、アポC-II、などを測定し、異常値の原因となっている基礎疾患を特定する。 高値（血清）：高脂血症 低値（血清）：LCAT欠損症、Tangier病、無・低β-リポ蛋白血症、肝硬変、甲状腺機能亢進症 |
