| 解説 |
超遠心法で分画されたVLDL、LDL、HDLに含まれるコレステロール、トリグリセリドとリン脂質を酵素法で測定するもので、各リポ蛋白量が正確に定量できるためリポ蛋白代謝の状態を把握する目的に用いられる。臨床的意義はリポ蛋白コレステロール分画と同じである。異常値を見た場合はアポ蛋白、甲状腺ホルモン、肝機能検査を行う。 高値(VLDLまたはLDL)：高脂血症 高値(HDL)：CEPT欠損症 低値(VLDLまたはLDL)：肝硬変、甲状腺機能亢進症、無・低β-リポ蛋白血症 低値(HDL)：LCAT欠損症、Tangier病 |
