ムチン様癌関連抗原は高分子の糖蛋白で、健常人でもごく少量が呼吸器、消化管、泌尿生殖器の上皮細胞で産生されている。また、乳房、唾液腺や汗腺などでも産生されているため、これら臓器の悪性腫瘍転移のモニタリングや治療効果判定に用いる。 高値（血清）：乳癌、消化器癌、肺癌、卵巣癌、肝硬変、肝炎 |
